Soccer is big everywhere. And it might be the only thing that I have seen the Thai people get worked up about. Seriously, I guess it's the same everywhere, but when you put a bunch of hotheaded guys together on a soccer field, doesn't matter if they were friends before, there are bound to be some fights and lots of yelling. This was probably the most intense soccer game that I have seen especially since the fight that broke out probably took a good 20 minutes and a couple dozen police officers to calm it all down. I was kinda scared for my life.
The game was Phichit Vs. Phitsanolok so it was pretty intense with them being neighboring towns, and I bet you anything, rivals.

After the game, we went to the steakhouse in Phichit and I got some delicious steak! It was so good but way way way too small haha I felt like I needed to order three!

This is a video of part of the fight that broke out during the game. I'm super sad I didn't get any footage of them actually fighting, but there was a whole lot of kicking, shoving and just yelling and screaming going on. All the people behind us were throwing their shoes into the stadium and I was kind afraid we were going to die by trampling. We didn't though :) And it was still super fun!
